Newcastle Knights 2022 NRL Indigenous Jersey Mens

The Newcastle Knights 2022 NRL Indigenous Jersey Mens was created for the club's Indigenous Round fixture against the New Zealand Warriors on 28 May 2022. Featuring artwork by Worimi artist Gerard Black, the jersey recognises thirteen First Nations of north and north-western New South Wales through an intricate red, blue and white design.

Unlike the Knights' regular home shirt, this jersey places detailed Indigenous artwork across almost the entire body. The upper chest features red curved bands and dotted patterns against a royal blue background. The Newcastle Knights crest, NRL Telstra Premiership badge and Palmerbet branding sit above the prominent green nib sponsor panel.

White interconnected circles, flowing lines and dotted arrangements extend across the middle and lower front. Red artwork surrounds the bottom section, while blue sleeves with red cuffs provide a contrasting finish.

Jersey specifications:

• Newcastle Knights Indigenous Round 2022 design.
• Artwork created by Worimi artist Gerard Black.
• 100% polyester with antimicrobial and moisture-wicking finish.
• Embroidered Knights and NRL emblems.
• Short sleeves, bound edges and sublimated graphics.

The back features further blue Indigenous artwork with The University of Newcastle branding across the upper section and red energy branding below. White circular designs and red patterned bands complete the lower back.

For NRL followers, this jersey represents a specific Newcastle Knights appearance during the 2022 rugby league season. It is suitable for attending matches, following Indigenous Round fixtures or wearing as everyday Knights supporter apparel.
